We're thrilled to recognize Dana Fritts, lovingly known as "Red," as our Traditions Featured Employee of the Month this month!
Red has been part of the Traditions of Beavercreek family since the very beginning, bringing her warmth, work ethic, and signature sense of humor to their Housekeeping Department for over eight years. Born and raised in Dayton, Ohio, Red is a proud Ohioan who knows the value of community - and it shows in everything she does.
This September, she'll celebrate 40 years of marriage with her wonderful husband, and they've raised one son together. When she's not hard at work keeping Beavercreek looking its best, she loves spending time outdoors, hitting the beach, or enjoying drive-in movies with her family.
A hidden gem among her many talents? She's a natural comedian. Her cheerful spirit and witty humor brighten the day for residents and coworkers alike.
What she loves most about her role is spending time with the residents - hearing their life stories, learning from their experiences, and sharing laughs - like when a resident told her about secretly befriending a circus elephant housed in their family's extra barn. It's these meaningful, one-of-a-kind moments that Red treasures most.
