This month, we’re proud to shine the spotlight on Ciara “CeCe” Partridge, a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) who has brought warmth, compassion, and a bright smile to Traditions of Lebanon for the past nine months.
Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, CeCe spent most of her childhood in the heart of downtown Cincinnati. A devoted mother of four—two boys and two girls—and a proud grandmother, CeCe treasures time with her family. Whether it’s a cozy movie night or a trip to the zoo, CeCe says, “Family time means the most to me.”
CeCe’s hidden talent? Doing hair! But it’s her gift for connecting with residents that makes her truly shine in our community. “The best part of my day is getting to socialize with the residents. They bring so much laughter to my workday.”
She recalls a special moment with a resident who was hesitant to ask about a Bible story. “It turned out to be one of my favorites,” CeCe shared. “We ended up laughing and talking about it the rest of the night.”
CeCe lives by a powerful personal philosophy: “I believe wholeheartedly in second chances. No one is perfect. The grace you extend out today can feed the seed to success tomorrow.”
“Cece is a great leader and team player,” said Beth Deupree, Lebanon’s Executive Director. “She is always willing to help when needed. Her positive attitude and smile are contagious, helping to continue the positive environment in our community.”
