“Would you like to know about the staff working here?”, Al Gallo asked Andy Wade our COO. Without hesitation Andy responded, “Absolutely,” quietly bracing himself for a complaint. Instead, Mr. Gallo pulled out a blanket.
He quietly explained that his wife had passed away about a month ago. Recently, the staff asked if they could borrow a few pictures of her. Later, they gave back the pictures AND presented Mr. Gallo with a throw blanket with the memories printed on it. A warm & loving memento for him. These caring, considering employees went above & beyond – demonstrating the Traditions’ value of Important vs. Necessary. These Gentry Park nursing staff and Al’s guardian angels are Malissa Austin, Jennifer Wallace and Danielle Chapman.
