About Traditions

A proven partner in senior living, delivering exceptional care and strong performance in every community we manage.

A Tradition of Care and Growth

Founded in 2012, Traditions Management was built on a simple idea: seniors and their families deserve exceptional care in places that feel like home. Today, we’re proud to manage a growing portfolio of vibrant, welcoming senior living communities across the Midwest and beyond—each shaped by our values and supported by our hands-on leadership team.

We believe beautiful buildings are just the beginning. What truly sets us apart are the people inside—residents, caregivers, and team members who show up every day with kindness, purpose, and pride.

Our Mission

At Traditions, maximizing quality of life isn’t just a mission — it’s the foundation of every decision. Thoughtfully designed environments and expert care teams come together to create communities where older adults feel secure, engaged, and valued. These meaningful daily interactions build trust with families, improve satisfaction, and contribute to long-term stability and performance for every community we manage.

Our History

Traditions Management was formed in 2012 with the sole purpose of providing superior care and lifestyle options in Senior Living for families in the Midwest region.

Our core values have been our guiding principles each day in providing that superior care. Since the company’s inception, and as we continue to grow, we look forward to our residents, family members, friends, and our team members experiencing firsthand a culture of genuine loving care that comes naturally.

Core Values

Resident quality of life  is maximized when we consistently embrace these values. When we practice our core values, a culture of genuine loving care comes naturally. They shape the culture of every Traditions community and guide how we lead, manage, and care.

Dignity

Choices

Residents must have the ability to make choices regarding their daily life to maximize a sense of self-worth.

Socialization

Purposeful interaction with family, staff and other residents promotes friendships and activities that maximize quality of life.

Important vs. Necessary

We all have necessary duties in our daily jobs, but we cannot let them crowd out the opportunity for important interaction with residents and families.
